                       NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to Paragraph 2, Section 16 (Monitoring) of RA No. 8800, otherwise known as the "Safeguard Measures Act of 2000", a public hearing will be held at the Conference Room of the Tariff Commission, 5th Floor, Philippine Heart Center Building, East Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City, on November 26, 2008 at 9:00 a.m.

All interested parties shall be given the opportunity to be present, to present evidence and to be heard with respect to the progress and specific efforts made by the domestic glass industry to facilitate adjustment to import competition.

For particulars, please inquire from the Task Force on Safeguards Investigation on Glass at Tel. Nos. 928-84-19 and 928-81-06.
